More on this later, I am making an attempt to take my shaking hands and AWFUL stomach troubles to the pharmacy to get the damn pills that I've been out of an unable to make it there due to withdrawals, and if anyone thinks I am exaggerating, read my Seroquel stuff.
I am on Extended Release form of Xanax, and it's going to be a bitch to ever get off of this shit.

the way to do it is to go back on the regular kind and do a water titration. You can withdraw in .0033 ml amounts or less. It's not impossible it just takes patience. But I know you'll do it your way!
oh Lord have mercy, not doing it my way [Seroquel]this time. THis was an accidental withdrawal from being out of the meds, then getting so sick I couldnt go pick them up--and I thought it was stress until today and I was eating TUMS like they were candy, and duh, lightbulb moment.
When I finally try and remove this stuff, I will be grilling you for the info, mostly to remind me it isnt necessary to suffer!
OMG, seriously I took another generic .5mg to get to the pharmacy. Isn't this stuff awful!
