and leaving my evening updates there, for some reason writing a post seems like tedious work and the comment section is where the party is. have a good weekend everyone, remember spring is around the corner. some of my daffodils and crocus bulbs have pushed their little heads up this week. tiny little hope, but it's there. i was marveling today on my 800 mile walk that it looks so gray and wintery outside, foggy and stuff. it was beautiful, it really was.

Great reading your blog. I have been a depressive for 25 years and recently suffered another major crash. Like you I find that writing about my thoughts and experienes somehow helps me cope with the crushing isolation, hopelessness, despair and suicidal thoughts. All the best.
