so i was doing crossing guard duty before school started (and beginning teaching my student math and science and metal shop!)and the other person attempting not to get killed in the crosswalk on the job by reckless drivers(ahem)started telling me about how she wrecked on her schwinn bike as a pre teen. so did i! i said, well long story short we discover we both attended a charm school held in a dept store, where, at the end of the class we got to choose clothes to model and had a runway debut. lol we were 12! but that made us remember our bikes, the carefree feeling of wind in our face and this song came to mind. i want to buy her a bike. ok update.so yesterday i saw my middle daughter and today my youngest (she did her laundry on her own!)and her sister is here tomorrow. 2 of my girls together. today's walk was in MUD MUD and rain. here's to the 70's!

The 70's!!! Back when music really meant something to me. You could understand the words and everything. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.Remember to let us know how your visit with both your daughters together went.
thanks everyone, it is fun remembering things like this isn't it? i'll let you know how it went sunday,--and PR,it's not so bad in the rain, but the mud definitely needs a photo here, some of the trails are saturated for sure. the woods are starting to show little leaves of spring on trees mixed in with the douglas firs now.
Dear Steph:
The 70's? Was that the 1870's {Laughing} I believe bikes had square wheels back then {pulling out history books to research data} SMIRK!.
MUD! MUD! Is the next whining video going to be "Jeremiah was a bull frog" or “Help”?
Yours Truly,
Stan
