what gorgeous woods i was able to walk in today.it feels so good to be able to feel myself go further in distance. amazing. two separate walks, 2 areas and 2 lakes. walked about 4 miles total, and i am not having my leg pain all day. what a difference that makes! i baked brownies, dyed my hair and had a great day. i saw my daughter yesterday and tomorrow is her allowance day. i received a gift in the mail from my mom yesterday. it is something my dad always sent me this time of year so she sent it to me. orange blossoms from her orange tree. they smell so good, and that tree is ancient like me. (lol) my dad and i planted a lemon tree when i was 21 and that's when i found out i'm allergic to citrus leaves. i hope my dad knew how much he meant to me. so that's my day today after writing mental health stuff, i walked until my head wasn't a barrier to my life anymore. that was on a starbuck's cup. "your head is a barrier to your life". that about sums it up. cheers everyone!

4 miles! I'll be lucky to get 4 ft. Lol. My legs and hip are hurting pretty good from yesterday's walk in the Hospital. Dyed your hair huh? You didn't put any pink or purple or anything like that did you?
Hi Stephany,
The photo of your lemon tree is lovely and reminds me of my visit to a friend in Greece.
Thought it was great that in towns there are lemon and orange trees that you can help yourself to.
Excellent idea and makes the streets more alive.
Hope you have a good day today.
Look forward to reading more from you.
Love,
Herrad
oh the 4 mile advil moment! been up twice for it and am again as i type. no odd color added to my hair, just the same, i found a way to keep it the color it's been all my life, just needs a bit of help now lol.
herrad, where i live now there is a main road in town lined with fruit trees. apple, pear and you can walk and pick fruit in the summer, the city did that on purpose. the lemons on my parents tree (like the one in the photo) can be huge, like a grapefruit! one of my daughters has been to Greece and loved it.
