thursday ramble

yesterday i received the lab paperwork for my daughter's now monthly clozaril blood work. she gets a CBC to monitor white blood count levels to receive this drug at all the blood work is mandatory, because the drug is dangerous and deadly. the dsm code on the lab sheet for the first time says 295.90 which is schizophrenia. not sure what they did to the chart but they would be idiots to remove the autism label, but then i deal with idiots a lot in the psych doc world. it's also allowance day today, so both things are combined today, the lab work drive and allowance day. it's sunny out and i paid one of my mortgages so that's a good thing to focus on. i hope to find some cheap geraniums for a patio planted box which is always cheerful when it's full of flowers.
