clear days
moment of lucidity, clarity whatever a person calls it--happened today for my daughter. very opposite of the last 2 days she was very calm and totally "here". gotta straight talk it here, i mean she was talking and it made sense. spent several hours with her, she wasn't edgy and wasn't wandering all over the place doing odd things and talking psychotic talk. just here, as normal as the definition can get. one of those golden moments for her, it has to feel good to feel calm was my first thought. it was a relief to see her calm too, for that reason. that she seems to have had some peace.

i've learned to enjoy the moments as they come, tomorrow could be different. that's why im just plain glad for her.
