my daughter was placed in grave danger by an outpatient mental health facility when she was discharged from the hospital.
as a result i spent 36 hours of agonizing time from bedtime last saturday night to the next sunday afternoon and evening ending that time bracket with a thank you to GOD that my daughter is alive and safe. she is now inpatient again in a psych hospital. i have much to say about the care of people that are vulnerable, such as my daughter.
