a decade later

I find this blog, authored by a mother of a 12 year old son, diagnosed with pediatric bipolar disorder.

I would like to offer my sincere hope, that the outcome of her son's life will be a good one. The fear I have as a result of the last decade of my daughter's life on the psych drugs promotes healthy skepticism that the drugs will cause permanent damage. Hopefully, this will not be the case with Meg's son.

This is a link to a series I have authored.

OCD:ADHD:Childhood Bipolar Disorder, an evolution of a diagnosis contains my personal research of the last decade. Following the dots and seeing how it always connected to the same researchers, who ended up being massively influential in the creation of the Pediatric Bipolar epidemic. The links are to scientific journals, and studies.

Read and educate yourself, it was quite obvious with my daughter that the drugs were the cause of her behavior. After a decade of watching her suffer and ultimately become disabled in a horrible outcome, I hope somehow my daughter's story will help someone else.

Not one of the drugs ever prescribed for children have long term use studies. My daughter is a long term use study of all antipsychotics, mood stabilizers and antidepressants. I would like her life to be better now. Nothing has changed in the last 10 years, just new drugs, repackaged drugs (Invega-Risperdal)and Zyprexa and Seroquel in litigation for internal documentation that the companies knew the drugs caused massive weight gain and diabetes, yet they were approved by the FDA anyway.

I am not here to judge anyone, just offer support and hope for a good future for everyone.
