More than 25% of American children are on prescription medications and nearly 1.5 million of those kids are age 9 and under taking antipsychotics such as Seroquel, Haldol, Risperdal, Zyprexa, Clozaril and Abilify (and Geodon).
24 million on ADHD drugs
6.5 million kids up to age 19 on antipsychotics
307,000 on sleep aids
The children of America are market targets for pharmaceutical companies, campaigns have been directed toward them and we have lost our way as a result there is no longer a childhood baseline of a typical child off of medications. The increase of use of insulin for diabetes should be looked into from the use of the antispcyhotics that carry a black box warning for diabetes.
Antipsychotics are NOT FDA approved for use in children under age 10. The kids under age 10 taking the neuroleptics are being rx'd the drugs off-label use where no long term safety studies have ever been done.

Who's been behind the promotion of these psychiatric drugs... "off-label"... in each of the states... Medicaid, foster care, juvenile justice programs?

Just shocking & criminal....look @ the Blue....it's boys that are being targeted...this is no mistake...part of the twisted design..we are a nation doomed to our own demise if we don't reverse this NOW.
It's not alarming at all if your investment portfolio is heavily weighted in pharma stock.
Reading this makes me want to cry frankly. I can't bear to think of it. This has gone too far. This is beyond wrong. It is medical fraud and an assault on children.
Calm words fail me at this point, to be replaced by outrage. This sort of issue "messes with my Zen thing", to paraphrase Jeff Bridges in Tron Legacy.
