Victims who have settlements coming from AZ for Seroquel who are on SSI or other State disability will risk losing their disability benefits (even if temporarily)if they choose to keep the money, or have their settlements taken as "repayment" for publicly funded services they have received in the past. At least, that is what the policy was when I was on Medicaid.

I seriously doubt whether this policy has changed.
