Why all the secrecy around the proposed Seroquel settlements?

Could it be that the lawyers and AstraZeneca have something to hide?
Maybe a little bit of sunshine on the Seroquel proposals, including comparisons with Vioxx, Avandia, Zyprexa PhenFen etc. might help the people who have suffered?
