SEROQUEL DIABETES:"AstraZeneca NOT releasing any funds to The Miller Firm LLC- requirements of the settlement terms have not been met"

AstraZeneca Seroquel diabetes lawsuit settlement update via Update Feb 21, 2012: information provided on the Seroquel update phone recording at the Miller Firm LLC dated Feb. 20, 2012 stated that per phone conference on Feb 16, 2012 with representatives of AstraZeneca, that they are NOT releasing any funds to The Miller Firm LLC. The requirements of the settlement terms have not been met

This is how America's justice system works for people injured by pharmaceuticals. They become disabled with permanent body damage such as diabetes from antipsychotic Seroquel, the law firms gather up clients, settle a mass tort in this case for low ball dollars...and THEN they do not receive the required fine print % numbers to actually receive the money from AstraZeneca to pay the people who did send in their packets.
It's all in the fine print ONLY viewed at the Seroquel Lawsuit blog which hosts exclusive internal documents showing the settlement offer and it's terms. The Miller Firm fell short in required packets mailed back and therefore according to the Firm's recording there will be NO funds released for settlement from AstraZeneca.

The injured suffer over and over again, I hope they can afford their diabetes treatment and care for the rest of their lives, because that's what happens when pharma WINS. They win when they lose! Don't listen to those old reports from Bloomberg, it is NOT settled, the people lost, again.
